About The Position

The Stock Associate supports the selling process and basic store operations, contributing to an exceptional customer shopping experience through greeting customers, stocking and caring for merchandise, managing fitting rooms, and processing basic transactions promptly and accurately. The role also helps keep the backroom organized, effective, productive, and safe. This position is based in the Dallas location. The Stock Associate maintains merchandise displays and store cleanliness, processes shipments, replenishes the sales floor, and helps control inventory and shrink losses in accordance with company standards. The role requires a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor, teamwork, dependability, and comfort appearing in social media photos and videos. Requirements

High school education or equivalent.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Good verbal and communication skills.
Good observation skills, including awareness of customer and employee behavior and reactions.
Ability to retain and use information such as names, merchandise details, policies, and procedures.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and climb ladders 6–12 feet high.
Ability to grasp, push, lift, or carry items weighing 3–15 pounds with either hand.
Ability to reach above or below shoulder level.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and establish a friendly, professional shopping experience.
Assist with fitting room operations and go-backs.
Process customer sales transactions promptly and efficiently.
Keep the cash wrap area clean and visually appealing, including display cases and earring fixtures.
Produce thorough, accurate, and neat work.
Maintain an orderly and efficient backroom and process freight in a timely manner.
Deliver merchandise to the sales floor promptly and replenish merchandise from the backroom and fitting room area.
Control inventory and shrink losses according to company standards.
Maintain displays and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
Help keep the wrap desk area clean.
Process merchandise shipments.
Straighten and clean the store and backroom areas.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Meet company dependability guidelines, including attendance requirements.
Maintain a professional appearance on the shop floor.
Complete other duties assigned by store management.
Attend store meetings.
Be comfortable appearing on camera for social media, including still photos and video.
Contribute to a work climate based on mutual trust, respect, and teamwork.
