Responsibilities

  • Keeping the inventory and stockroom organized by receiving, transferring, packing, stocking and ticketing merchandise.
  • Complying with all e|n procedures related to data integrity and inventory control.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by the Store Director.
  • Ensuring that the correct quantity of items is received and is scanned accurately.
  • Following up to make sure the correct data is credited to the store.
  • Maximizing store sales and store efficiency.
  • Ensuring all inventory and data integrity procedures are followed.
  • Ensuring all items are ticketed properly with appropriate sku tickets.
  • Following and enforcing company receiving procedures.
  • Conducting cycle counts, transfers and price changes.
  • Maintaining stockroom to e|n standards of organization and housekeeping.
  • Ensuring all skus are represented on the sales floor.
  • Completing product, operations, and merchandise knowledge training.
  • Executing and maintaining all visual presentation directives as communicated by Store Director and SSC initiatives.
  • Participating in all e|n initiatives and ensuring sustainability.
  • Responding and reacting to all communication in a timely manner.
  • Performing daily tasks such as cleaning, store recovery, and merchandise placement.
  • Following all safety guidelines.
  • Accountable for all Loss Prevention procedures and requirements.
  • Consistently demonstrating e|n Cares when assigned to the sales floor.
  • Maintaining full knowledge of the venue’s building and its programs.
  • Ensuring a clean, organized and safe environment for guests.
  • Following e|n and Partner dress code guidelines.
  • Participating in regional philanthropic activities.
