About The Position
The STNA provides compassionate, high-quality care to residents at a 75-bed facility in Mount Gilead, Ohio. This is a full-time day-shift role with 12-hour shifts. STNAs are supported with the time and resources to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.
Requirements
- Current CNA/STNA license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Positive attitude and reliability.
- Excellent attendance.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care, and help ensure their safety.
- Follow infection control procedures.
- Comply with documentation and record-keeping policies, including recording vital signs.
- Immediately report violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
