About The Position
Sonida Senior Living is hiring an STNA for its Shift Team, serving multiple communities in the Ohio market. Team members can select shifts based on their availability using a mobile app and may work up to 29 hours per week. The position offers flexible hours and premium pay. Communities include The Ashton at Mayfield Heights in Mayfield Heights, Summit Point in Macedonia, and Summit Corners in Macedonia, Ohio.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed STNA in Ohio.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care.
- Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, escorts, and transfers.
- Assist residents with nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, providing proper fluid requirements, and offering substitutions when appropriate.
- Remind residents to take medication and open containers and packages for them.
- Recognize changes in residents’ behavior and conditions and report them to the Assisted Living Director.
