About The Position
Circleville Post Acute is hiring a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated full-time State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in Circleville, Ohio. The STNA provides exceptional resident care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence, and works collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers in a supportive, resident-centered environment.
Requirements
- Current Ohio STNA certification.
- Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
- Help create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding care.
