About The Position
Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable full-time night-shift State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to help ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for overnight. The role provides direct resident care and supports a calm, comfortable, and safe environment. The position is based in Hillsboro, Ohio. The hourly rate is $18.26–$20.15, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time employees.
Requirements
- Current Ohio STNA certification.
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively during overnight hours.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care with dignity, kindness, and compassion.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Answer call lights promptly and address resident needs.
- Monitor residents throughout the night and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Help create a calm, comfortable, and safe environment for residents.
- Collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care.
