STNA - Nurse Aide
About The Position
Villaspring is seeking state-tested nurse aides for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions at its skilled nursing facility. The role provides direct care to patients and residents, supports excellent care delivery on nursing units, and helps meet the needs of residents and their families. Applicants who are not certified may receive assistance with certification. Pay is $17 to $22 per hour, based on years of experience and licensure, with additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts. The facility offers daily pay, flexible schedules with 8- and 12-hour shifts, and access to supplies in a clean, state-of-the-art facility. The role serves a diverse patient population, including short-term patients who may recover and return home.
Requirements
- Meet the state eligibility requirements for STNA.
- Have a sincere desire to work with older adults and enjoy working directly with residents, staff, and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and assist with activities of daily living for patients and residents according to their care plans.
- Work as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery.
- Document care in the electronic medical record.
- Provide feedback to help individualize resident care plans.
