About The Position

The Optimist is hiring a Steward to support its culinary team. Stewards are an integral part of the kitchen, helping the team work efficiently during service while maintaining recipe integrity and kitchen cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience operating a dish machine in a high-volume restaurant is preferred. The Optimist offers a seaside fish-camp experience featuring high-quality, sustainably sourced seafood and beach-food classics.
