About The Position
The Optimist is seeking a hard-working Service Assistant to join its acclaimed restaurant team. The role helps create a seaside fish-camp experience through a friendly, outgoing demeanor and the ability to work cohesively as part of a team. The Service Assistant diligently supports the service team and takes cues from guests’ demeanor to assess their satisfaction and happiness. Schedule flexibility and one year of relevant restaurant experience are required. The Optimist serves high-quality, sustainably sourced seafood and beach-food classics.
