About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef’s and Culinary team with operations of all kitchen dishwashing/stewarding associates to ensure proper washing of kitchen utensil sanitation. He/she is also responsible for supervising associates that clean/wash outlet surfaces and utensils making sure they are clean and in compliance with all Health department requirements and hotel/resort guidelines. Requirements

1 + years’ experience in a Stewarding and/or Dishwasher capacity for a high-volume/fine dining/Restaurant/Food and Beverage Outlet/ Banquet Department or kitchen production helpful.
1+ years of culinary/stewarding supervisor experience in food service, fine dining, or restaurant is helpful.
