As a Steward / Dishwasher, you will maintain the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork as per standards of service. You will wash plates, glassware, silverware, pots/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures. Ensures dishes are sanitized and available as needed. Keeps sanitation solution up to code and company standards at all times. Places clean plates, glassware, silverware and pot/pans in specified shelves according to sanitation and cleaning procedures. Sets up dish machine in the AM and/or shuts down machine in the PM according to company procedures. Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine. Keeps dish areas clean and sanitized by sweeping, mopping floors, wiping countertops, and emptying trash. Complete all duties and procedures as put forth by our Kitchen Management Team. Have a "can-do", pleasant and upbeat attitude while providing support to the Kitchen Team. Be available for PM Shifts and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
