This role is responsible for maintaining the sanitation and cleanliness of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area. The Dishwasher Steward will perform various cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Adherence to hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance is essential.
