The Steward/Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning, transporting, and storing all pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and china used in the food and beverage operations in a clean and orderly manner. This role ensures that all food and beverage outlets are adequately supplied and that the kitchen areas are kept sanitary and organized. The position also involves assisting the service team and performing other duties as assigned.
