About The Position

Sealy Dental Center, a family-oriented dental practice serving the community for over 30 years, is seeking a full-time Sterilization Tech (RDA). The role supports the dental team by operating sterilization equipment and ensuring instruments are sterilized and stored properly. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour, with monthly performance-based bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of Texas.
• Active CPR certification.
• Outgoing, reliable, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
• Eager to learn and grow with a team long-term.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Sterilization Tech/RDA experience is preferred.
• Denticon experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate autoclaves, sterilizers, and other equipment.
• Sterilize dental instruments according to OSHA regulations.
• Wrap, seal, and label instruments for proper storage.
