About The Position
Sealy Dental Center is seeking a full-time Sterilization Tech (RDA) to join its family-oriented dental practice. The role works Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and focuses on sterilizing and preparing dental instruments in accordance with OSHA regulations. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour, with monthly performance-based bonus opportunities.
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of Texas.
- Active CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Sterilization Tech or RDA experience is preferred.
- Denticon experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate autoclaves, sterilizers, and other equipment.
- Sterilize dental instruments following OSHA regulations.
- Wrap, seal, and label instruments for proper storage.
