About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sterile Processing Technician to sterilize and manage medical supplies, helping ensure a safe and effective environment for patient care. The position generally follows a 7 A.M. to 3 P.M. shift pattern and includes variable weekend calls as required. The position is located in the vicinity of City, State.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing or a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) is required.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic medical records, specifically Epic and Censitrac.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply chain for sterile medical equipment and tools.
• Perform sterilization processes in accordance with established protocols.
• Assist with floating between the endoscopy and sterile processing departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization cycles and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure sterile supplies are available and ready.
