About The Position
The Certified Surgical Technologist works in the PACU unit in Centennial, Colorado, supporting orthopedic, spine, joint replacement, and laparoscopic procedures. The unit includes four operating rooms and one endoscopy room, with staffing that includes four full-time RNs, three full-time CSTs, and one PRN RN. The role involves scrubbing for orthopedic cases and working with equipment including Stryker, Mako, and Globus. The unit uses Meditech as its EMR system. The ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork and collaboration in a supportive environment that values shared responsibilities and collective success. The team has extensive experience and access to current technology. Diverse scheduling options are available.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of current CST experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Active NBSTA and DORA certifications.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Total Joint procedures at levels II or III.
- Experience using robotics, such as DaVinci.
