About The Position

We are seeking a qualified Sterile Processing Technician to ensure the proper decontamination, processing, and sterilization of surgical and medical instruments. The position may float to the Endoscopy and Sterile Processing Departments as needed and includes variable weekend call responsibilities. The shift is 3 PM to 11 PM. Applicants must include personal demographic information in their application.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sterile processing.
• CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) certification.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Epic and Censitrac.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment.
• Use sterilization equipment and follow sterilization protocols.
• Float to Endoscopy and Sterile Processing Departments as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sterilization processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support safe and effective patient care.
