About The Position
Our client is seeking a Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) for a Surgical Services position in Caldwell, Idaho. The position is a 4x10 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must provide the listed clinical and health documentation and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
