About The Position
Our client is seeking a Sterile Processing Tech for Surgical Services in Lafayette, Indiana. This position is for a 5x8 evening shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must provide the listed credentials, health records, and references and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the last 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test completed within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and urine drug screening
