About The Position

This position offers a unique schedule of four ten-hour days, working Monday through Thursday, which allows for three-day weekends if overtime is not scheduled. The role is 100% steel fabricating, and the company is willing to train the right person, although experience is helpful but not a requirement.

Requirements

• Ability to set up, program, and operate assigned machines to produce quality parts per Engineering Drawings.
• Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings and bill of material.
• Ability to use power hand tools.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate forklift as required.
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and hoists as required.
• Ability to read and understand safety policies per Employee Handbook.
