This position offers a unique schedule with potential for 3-day weekends if overtime is not scheduled. The standard work week is four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday. The role is 100% steel fabricating, and while experience is helpful, the company is willing to train the right person. The primary responsibilities include setting up, programming, and operating assigned machines to produce quality parts according to Engineering Drawings. The job also requires the ability to read and understand Engineering drawings and bills of material, use power hand tools, accurately read a tape measure, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate a forklift and overhead cranes/hoists. Adherence to safety policies outlined in the Employee Handbook is mandatory. Overtime may be required as scheduled.
