About The Position

Bayland Buildings is seeking Steel Erectors to work alongside crew members on steel erection projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. This is full-time, year-round work with competitive compensation and benefits, and an opportunity to join an employee-owned company. The work involves commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects and requires outdoor work in variable weather conditions.

Requirements

Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.
Willingness to travel.
Ability to regularly lift 0–50 lbs from ground to shoulder and 0–80 lbs from ground to carry height.
Ability to perform physical labor.
Ability to operate hand and power tools and equipment.
Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in both conventional and pre-engineered steel buildings.
Driver's license.
