About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Maryland Heights, MO area for an individual with 3-5 years’ experience as a Detailing Project Manager with a background in Steel frame and fabrication projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K plan, generous PTO and other outstanding perks.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Steel Detailing experience
- Some Project Management experience, preferably working with commercial projects
- Experience with budgeting
- Experience with estimating
- Experience with manpower planning
- Blueprint-reading experience
Nice To Haves
- AutoCAD, BIM, and/or REVIT experience
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)
- Vocational School / Certifications in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Commercial or Industrial experience including Universities, Laboratories, Hospitals or Assisted Living project management experience
Responsibilities
- Assembling submittals
- Pulling permits
- Preparing reports on a weekly/monthly basis
- Developing site safety plans
- Conducting inspections
