About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and engaging STEAM After School Instructor to lead our Robotics program for 1st to 4th graders. This role involves teaching students the fundamentals of robotics in an after-school setting. The program is held in Durham, NC, on Tuesdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of STEAM concepts, particularly robotics.
- Ability to manage a classroom of 1st-4th graders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Durham, NC site.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience teaching robotics.
- Background in education or a related STEAM field.
- Experience with curriculum development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and instruct students in robotics.
