About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging After School Instructor to lead our Lego Robotics & Little Engineers program for students in grades K-5. This role involves teaching foundational concepts in robotics and STEAM through hands-on activities using Lego materials. The instructor will be responsible for creating a fun and educational environment, managing classroom dynamics, and fostering a love for learning in young students.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a K-5 grade range.
- Familiarity with Lego robotics or similar educational robotics platforms.
- Knowledge of STEAM principles.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an after-school instructor.
- Background in education, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with curriculum development for children.
Responsibilities
- Lead and instruct students in Lego Robotics and Little Engineers programs.
