Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age.
3 to 6 months relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and promote cooperative approach between departments.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Basic math skills; ability to handle cash and accurately make change.
Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or G.E.D preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat all incoming patrons.
Assist Servers as needed according to business levels.
Greet guests in a timely manner and initiate conversation.
Complete assigned opening and closing side work.
Provide Red Carpet Service to every patron and employee.
Keep tables neat and orderly by removing glassware and clearing/resetting tables.
Adhere to all responsible alcohol serving requirements, including requesting identification when legal age is questionable.
Anticipate guest needs.
Communicate with servers, bartenders, and managers regarding guest requests.
Perform duties in a safe manner and report potential safety hazards.
Answer questions when a manager is not available.
Demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers, and leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
