Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • 3 to 6 months relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and promote cooperative approach between departments.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Basic math skills; ability to handle cash and accurately make change.
  • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or G.E.D preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat all incoming patrons.
  • Assist Servers as needed according to business levels.
  • Greet guests in a timely manner and initiate conversation.
  • Complete assigned opening and closing side work.
  • Provide Red Carpet Service to every patron and employee.
  • Keep tables neat and orderly by removing glassware and clearing/resetting tables.
  • Adhere to all responsible alcohol serving requirements, including requesting identification when legal age is questionable.
  • Anticipate guest needs.
  • Communicate with servers, bartenders, and managers regarding guest requests.
  • Perform duties in a safe manner and report potential safety hazards.
  • Answer questions when a manager is not available.
  • Demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers, and leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
