About The Position
Under general supervision, to perform a variety of routines, and skilled maintenance duties in the repair, alteration and modification of buildings, equipment and facilities.
Requirements
- High school graduate/Apprenticeship Program or equivalent
- Air conditioning/refrigeration
- High pressure steam boilers
- HVAC systems
- Electrical devices, wiring and circuits, signal and lighting systems
- Basic computer skills
- Basic welding, soldering
- Knowledge of all mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems as they relate to a hospital environment.
- Ability to work with others and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Participate in continuing education provided by departmental, vendor and hospital staff.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record with no violations within the past (3) years.
