The Station Cook I is responsible for preparing all menu items according to recipes and yield guides. This role involves directing, training, and monitoring the performance of Line Cooks, while maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The Station Cook I will also prepare and assign production and prep work for Line Cooks, communicate any assignment changes, set up and break down workstations, and inform the Sous Chef of supply needs.
