About The Position

This role serves as the welcoming face of MCR for new hires and team members, embodying MCR's values and setting a positive example. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing guests with exceptional spa services, promoting spa offerings, managing guest feedback, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. This position also involves administrative tasks such as checking in guests, managing reservations, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized spa environment. The role requires creating and maintaining a positive and safe work environment, fostering good team relations, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 (One) year of experience in a luxury spa setting.
• Minimum of 1 (One) year of customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

• Tribal gaming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members; exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example.
• Provide guests with exceptional spa services, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other spa services.
• Promote spa services and products to guests and provide information about the benefits and features of each service.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback, ensuring that guest satisfaction is always maintained.
• Consult with guests to determine their individual needs and preferences and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Check in guests and confirm appointments in a timely and friendly manner and manage reservation software.
• Accurately process guest payments.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring that all equipment, supplies, and amenities are well-stocked and in good condition.
• Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
