About The Position

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional spa services and promoting a positive and safe work environment. You will manage guest check-ins, recommend services, process payments, and maintain the spa's ambiance. This role is crucial in embodying the company's values and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 (One) year of experience in a luxury spa setting.
Minimum of 1 (One) year of customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

Tribal gaming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members; exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example.
Provide guests with exceptional spa services, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other spa services.
Promote spa services and products to guests and provide information about the benefits and features of each service.
Monitor and respond to guest feedback, ensuring that guest satisfaction is always maintained.
Consult with guests to determine their individual needs and preferences and recommend appropriate services and products.
Check in guests and confirm appointments in a timely and friendly manner and manage reservation software.
Accurately process guest payments.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring that all equipment, supplies, and amenities are well-stocked and in good condition.
Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
Perform other duties as assigned.
