This role is responsible for preparing all menu items according to recipes and yield guides. The Station Cook I will also direct, train, and monitor the performance of Line Cooks, ensuring the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. They will prepare and assign production and prep work, communicate any changes to assignments, and set up and break down their work station. Additionally, they will inform the Sous Chef of any necessary supply requisitions.
