About The Position
Circleville Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable PRN State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs). The position offers flexible scheduling for those seeking supplemental income or shifts that fit their schedule. STNAs provide hands-on resident care with dignity and compassion, assist with daily living activities, monitor resident well-being, and collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support quality care in a positive, resident-focused environment.
Requirements
- Current Ohio STNA certification.
- Compassionate and resident-centered attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependability and flexibility to pick up shifts as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care to residents with dignity and compassion.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor resident well-being and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
- Support a positive, resident-focused environment.
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality care.
