About The Position

Marietta Heights Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated PRN State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide residents with comfort, dignity, and exceptional care. The role supports residents with daily personal care and other needs while helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. The position offers a flexible work schedule. The pay rate is $18.00 to $20.25 per hour.

Requirements

• Current, valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to care for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and professional, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assigned responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and mobility as needed.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to residents' needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Document care provided according to facility policies.
• Treat every resident with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Follow infection control procedures and all facility policies.
