About The Position

Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a State Inspection/Maintenance/Used Vehicle Technician. This role is crucial for ensuring vehicles meet state inspection standards and are ready for sale or maintenance. The shop, built 8 years ago, is well-maintained and features an air-conditioned environment with heated floors, built-in toolboxes, a dedicated tool room, 26 stalls, and 22 lifts. We utilize advanced equipment like a new Hunter revolution tire changer and Hunter hammer head road force balancer, with built-in computers and MDP Micro Pods for diagnostics at each technician's station. Overhead reels and welding outlets are available at all bays.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience OR college graduate.
• Strong discipline regarding diligent note taking.
• Ability to provide supporting documentation.
• Ability to follow a process without supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism.
• Ability to work well with the team.
• Desire to maintain a positive work environment and team atmosphere.
