About The Position

Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician for their Ram dealership. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, competitive hourly rates, and a strong emphasis on team culture and collaboration. The shop is well-equipped and modern, featuring 26 stalls, 22 lifts, and an air-conditioned environment with heated floors. Technicians are provided with custom toolboxes, a dedicated tool room, and access to specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Diesel Technician.
• Strong discipline in note-taking and supporting documentation.
• Ability to follow a process without supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Driven to maintain 90% proficiency and above.
• Professionalism and ability to work well with a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment and team atmosphere.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Ram diesel vehicles.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic procedures on Ram diesel vehicles.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance according to dealership standards.
