About The Position
Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician for their Ram dealership. This position offers a competitive compensation package, with potential earnings of over $110K annually for technicians with 7+ years of experience. The dealership boasts a modern, well-maintained, air-conditioned shop with heated floors, built-in toolboxes, a dedicated tool room, and advanced diagnostic equipment. Technicians are supported with competitive hourly rates, 20% premium pay for warranty work, and payment for MPIs. The shop is equipped with 26 stalls and 22 lifts, serving only 10 technicians, ensuring a manageable workload.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Diesel Technician.
- Strong discipline regarding diligent note taking and supporting documentation.
- Ability to follow a process without supervision.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven to maintain 90% proficiency and above.
- Professionalism, strong communication skills, and ability to work well with the team.
- Desire for a positive work environment and team atmosphere.
