Requirements

Full working knowledge of blueprints, red lining, and construction materials.
Proficiently complete pricing tasks for projects.
Full comprehension of mathematical skills and how they are applicable in a situation.

Responsibilities

Examine pricing, plans, and specifications for accuracy and clarity and extract any inconsistencies.
Effectively communicate the results from all file analyses in a clear and concise manner.
Follow multi-step procedures to properly document all pre-construction changes to plans and specifications.
Commit to following tasks to completion in a timely manner.
When the needs of the company or its customers dictate, this job will entail whatever needs to be done that is assigned by a supervisor/manager and is within the employee's capability to deliver.
