About The Position

Visiting Angels is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers in Philadelphia! If you have a passion for helping seniors and want meaningful work where your care can make a difference, we’d love to have you join our team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Must meet applicable company requirements
• ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and non-medical care
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with errands and transportation as needed
• Follow each client’s care plan
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
• Promote independence, dignity, and comfort
