RHA Health Services is hiring for a START Resource Center Supervisor/Director for a Crisis Respite facility in Statesville, NC. This role involves coordinating respite services within the START Program (Systematic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resource, and Treatment) to provide community-based intervention and prevention services for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health care needs. The program emphasizes integrated care and treatment through team collaboration. Services include collaborative contacts, after-hour contacts, emergency team meetings, and both planned and emergency respite.
