The Patient Resource Center Supervisor provides direct supervision to the Patient Access Support Specialist team (PRC). This role works to ensure that the team provides real-time, team-based care navigation, coordination, patient scheduling and communication between the healthcare organization and the patient. Partners with operations and provider leaders to maximize patient access to care. Collaborate with site management teams for daily operational needs.
