We are hiring for a Full-Time Starbucks Manager position with a wage range of $40,000 - $45,000 at our location in Drumheller, AB.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of food service or restaurant management experience
- A history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a retail environment
- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication, active-listening, and interpersonal skills
- Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional time-management and delegation skills
- Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (i.e. early mornings, evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to stand / walk for long periods
- Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.

- Experience as a Barista is an asset
Responsibilities
- Creating a welcoming and inviting environment for customers
- Answer questions, accept orders, process customer transactions
- Prepare Starbucks food and drink orders according to standard recipes or customizations
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work and overall kiosk appearance
- Lead the Starbucks Team with
- Updating signage and displays
- Tracking and replenishing inventory of products and ingredients
- Train, develop and, and motivate Starbucks Team Members to achieve operational standards
- Resolve customer and Starbucks Department complaints and concerns
- Properly store and handle food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
