About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Starbucks Baristas to work at Starbucks in Grand Canyon, Arizona. The Barista provides the Starbucks Experience to guests through prompt service, quality beverages and products, and a clean, comfortable store environment. This is a tipped position; the listed hourly minimum does not include potential tipped earnings. The role includes preparing food and beverages according to standard recipes or guest customizations, supporting a positive and well-run shift, assisting with training new team members, and following health, safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. No experience or diploma is required. The position is seasonal. Employee housing options are available at low cost, including shared trailers, apartments, dorm rooms, and houses. Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
No experience or diploma is required.
Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions constantly; remain stationary for the entire shift; and lift stock weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt guest service consistent with Starbucks culture, values, and mission, acting with integrity, honesty, and knowledge.
Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes or customized to guests’ requests.
Maintain a calm demeanor, keep the store operating to standard, and set a positive example for the shift team.
Assist with training new team members.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and operational policies and procedures during each shift.
