About The Position

As a Barista, you prepare quality beverages and other menu items while creating a positive customer experience. You craft coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and related menu items according to established recipes and procedures, maintaining consistency and presentation throughout the day.

You keep the work area clean, safe, and organized; restock supplies; and ensure equipment and service areas are ready for use. You collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow, particularly during busy periods. You also greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and help make each visit a positive experience.

The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds, and working in varying temperature environments. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Prior food service or customer service experience is preferred. Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing service demands.
• Ability to safely operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment following established guidelines.
