About The Position

The Stamping and Milling Technician II sets up and adjusts assigned equipment, troubleshoots issues, performs routine maintenance, and supports quality inspections and production requirements. Requirements
- Computer skills.

- Must pass a setup test.
- Must hold or pass STRATTEC operator's driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Set up assigned equipment, troubleshoot it, and make corrective adjustments.
- Adjust or correct existing setups.
- Train others and provide work direction as required.
- Complete miscellaneous routine maintenance as required.
- Perform first-piece and last-piece quality inspections.
- Rotate among various assigned machines as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Complete SPC charting and QS-9000 inspection requirements.
- Change or sharpen tools to maintain work quality.
- Make repairs according to specifications.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required.
