Requirements

Experience managing workflows, administrative processes, or task management at the directorate, enterprise, or mission level
Experience coordinating across interagency directorates and commands or multi‑stakeholder environments
Experience engaging with high‑ranking officials
Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and task or workflow systems
Experience handling GFE processes or equipment accountability workflows
Ability to manage directorate tasks from start to closeout with accuracy and timeliness
Ability to display initiative, act proactively to mitigate issues before escalation, and manage competing priorities
Ability to quickly learn and support digital platforms and process improvement technologies
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience in DoD, federal, or other mission‑oriented operational environments
Experience with digital transformation initiatives, modern workflow tools, or process modernization practices
Experience supporting senior leader engagements or protocol‑adjacent activities
Knowledge of cross‑functional coordination practices within defense or interagency operations
Possession of strong communication and coordination skills
