About The Position

The Counterintelligence Stakeholder Engagement Sr SME works with IT systems integrators, and developers to manage IT portfolio of programs associated with intelligence support. Influences development of solutions that impact strategic project/program goals and business results. Recommends and develops new technical solutions, products, and/or standards in support of function strategy and operations. Leads and manages works of other technical staff that has significant impact on project results/outputs.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in collaboration across multiple entities
  • Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
  • Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline
  • Familiarity with planning, programing, Budgeting, and execution discipline
  • Knowledge of key performance indicators
  • Strong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Typically requires BS degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or master's with 13+ years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and converting counterintelligence/security needs into capability requirements and documenting future collection architecture needs.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and execute engagement plans
  • Engaging stakeholders, related to intelligence support.
  • Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues
  • Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executives
  • Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences
  • Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Work with seniors in diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment managing competing priorities
  • Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Develop program assessment processes and methodologies
  • Tracking, reporting key progress on, and analyzing cost, schedule, risk and performance
  • Monitoring investment compliance
  • Developing business cases, concepts of operations, and memoranda agreements
  • Monitoring, forecasting, evaluating, and assessing programmatic trends and relationships
  • Developing and maintaining project plans and schedules
  • Developing integration and transition plans
  • Conducting quality reviews of products and services
  • Accounting for technology asset lifecycle costs and risks
  • Predicting and analyzing time and cost outcomes
