Leidos is seeking an experienced Counterintelligence Analyst SME for our client’s requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in Bethesda, Maryland. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate across the Intelligence Community (IC) and directly contribute to processes that advance national security objectives.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.
  • Experience in offensive counterintelligence activities and strong working knowledge of U.S. counterintelligence programs across the IC.
  • Ability to manage both strategic and tactical-level topics and develop innovative recommendations and solutions.
  • Proven record of advising senior leaders on sensitive intelligence and policy matters.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with ability to convey complex issues effectively in both written and oral formats.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating interagency processes and familiarity with IC organizations and staff processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise in offensive counterintelligence activities and initiatives, including strategy development.
  • Advise senior decision and policymakers on national priorities and advocate for counterintelligence activities in support of those priorities.
  • Understand the broad range of instruments of national power that can be leveraged to support national priorities.
  • Identify, draft, and staff national counterintelligence requirements for counterintelligence activities and other instruments of national power in support of national priorities.
  • Coordinate, deconflict, and integrate enterprise-wide counterintelligence activities supporting national priorities; assist in the coordination of outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with IC analysts to assess the effectiveness and outcomes of operational activities.
