Stainline Operator / Color Specialist
About The Position
The Stainline Operator / Color Specialist operates a water-based stain machine and helps ensure stained wood products achieve the required color match. The role involves understanding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), setting up the spray machine for the correct color blend and molding type by adjusting spray guns, and sorting wood by color. The job is performed in a fast-paced environment focused on quality and quantity. Employees wear eye protection and gloves at all times, stand for the entire shift, and may lift up to 25 pounds. Requirements
- Must not be color blind.
- Basic understanding of math and measurements.
- Some mechanical or machine operator experience.
