Staging Technician - 2nd shift
About The Position
The Staging Technician prepares finished prescriptions and performs light warehouse duties at Polaris Pharmacy Services of Warrington LLC in Warrington, Pennsylvania. The role ensures medications, refrigerated products, paperwork, and delivery totes are accurately prepared and staged for delivery routes, while supporting timely and orderly movement of products from the pharmacy to delivery personnel. The technician may also assist with emergency drug kit deliveries and process returned delivery manifests. Work schedules may include varied shifts and days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and may change according to business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities
- Scan medication orders to totes in the dispensing system and stage them correctly for each delivery route.
- Monitor workflow and ensure consistent product movement from the pharmacy to the delivery dispensing system.
- Sort and pack medication orders neatly into delivery totes.
- Prepare refrigerated products for delivery in a way that ensures product stability.
- Prepare and stage delivery manifests and ancillary paperwork in the correct delivery totes.
- Review delivery totes and medications for accuracy and completeness before sealing totes for delivery personnel.
- Set up empty delivery totes and apply new delivery barcode labels for the next route.
- Prepare STAT deliveries for timely departure and interact with delivery personnel.
- Sort returned signed delivery manifests and scan them into the document imaging system.
- Assist with preparing emergency drug kit deliveries, including tracking and expiration monitoring.
- Perform other duties as assigned; duties may vary according to business needs.
